The museum is open every day (apart from the 25th of December)

From the 1st of January to the 31th of March: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

From the 1st of April to the 31th of October: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

From the 1st of November to the 31th of December: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We recommend an average time of visit of 2h30.
The bookshop-boutique and the restaurant are open during the museum’s opening hours.

The Cité du Train is located 5 minutes away from the city centre of Mulhouse, 30 minutes from Colmar, Belfort and Basel, and 1 hour from Strasbourg.

ACCESS FOR PEOPLE
WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Cité du Train is accessible for people with reduced mobility. However, the access to certain walkways allowing to view the inside of trains is not possible for safety reasons.
PETS
Apart from guide dogs or service dogs for people with a physical or mental disorder, pets are not allowed inside the museum.
